Positive I guess, because we could use it, for all the crap vendors on the t'interwebz.

That reminds me of the time BT switched off my broadband by mistake about 8 years ago. 11 weeks it took to rectify, no apology and no admission of guilt, so I sent some poo my dog had left, as a present to the complaints department in a letter. I got 3 months free after that!
