Regarding not being able to sleep, I had the same symptoms for a week, I'm fine now (2 week vaper now). If it persists, it might be a good idea to have some very low or even zero nicotine juice to vape in the later hours. I don't know how true it is, but it is said that vaping takes longer for the nicotine to take effect, so if you are vaping shortly before you try to sleep then you will be getting a nicotine hit some time after that, and if you keep vaping with the insomnia it's just making it worse
