WARNING! Pepper is coiling :D

I only put the cotton wool in to show how fab my coil was :D

I also think part of the problem is 'there are no screws in this dripper" :read:

Thank you for the help today folks.

Next instalment is tomorrow :P

Using the drill bit method I find you can get some nice neat coils, wherever possible I do similar on gennies using a bit that just fits the mesh hole it centralises your coil pull out drill bit and gently twist in mesh into tank thru coil then pulse burn in coil, but thats for another night lol

looks like your wrapping the coil around the wool!!

get a toothpick or something of similar thickness. wrap the coil around that 4 times with the two ends of the wire ending up pointing out the same side.
leave tooth pick in place and sit it flat on the dripper and attached the two wires.
slide out tooth pick. stick it on your ohms tester and see what it fires at.
dont worry about getting the coils to touch ( thats a micro coil ) just wrap them so they are even spaced by about 1mm between each wrap.
if the ohms are below 1.8 job half done, then stick it on your atty and Pulse fire to check coils glow evenly.
if they do then get your cotton wool and pull off about an inch long and about 1mm thick ( twirl between fingers but not over tight ) then thread it through the coil. trim it on the outer side of coil then wrap the rest around in side the dripper.
stick some juice on it.. fire it up.

tell ya what. tmorrow morning i will set up my camera on tripod and do a vid making a single coil on my igo . ( that'll be a first for me ! )( the video of coil making that is! )
