What's new

Weight of VG?

Quite so. It's when you want to pass on you mix, to others, that any problems may arise.
As this thread shows, it's largely a matter of semantics, anyway. Especially looking at VG and PG. concentrates are, potentially, far more affected, though. But, again, would that really matter to a hobbyist?

Very true mate, although early on in the thread I think we all agreed that it was more of a hypothetical discussion, rather than us all agreeing on what is the best way to approach mixing.

Mind you it is interesting what you have said about consistency when passing on juice to friends etc.

Don't forget that today's home mixer may become next years new small vendor. :)

There was a picture in the Times today of a bloke wearing a gas mask whilst waiting for a train at Milton Keynes railway station, because of the Covid19 worries.
Think I will dig mine out this week, and start wearing it down the town centre for a laugh. :)
Then ramp it up next week by wearing the full body suit as well. :18:

I started off wondering why my liquid tasted crap, and whether my being slightly off percentage-wise might be the reason. I can never be totally precise with the VG because I always use a tiny bit too much or too little. Then I realised nothing tasted of anything because I was coming down with a bug, so my mix was irrelevant :25:

What I will do next time is put the VG in the bottle first, then use the precise percentages of other ingredients relative to the exact quantity of VG. My mixes are of no interest to anyone else so that’s precise enough :)
