Got meson aio this morning & could not wait to put a build in it, firstly I tried the supplied SS316L mesh strip but that was like a damn spring so I put in a wotofo 0.13 mesh strip & carried on to wicking & this is where it's not as easy as it looks I did the usual angled cut & soaked it in eliquid & went to assemble it all together but no way was the top part of the borrow ie inside part going to go over the cotton, you really do need to thin it quite alot & have the tail's of the cotton sitting just over the juice channels & not ram them in, currently got it set at 52w & using primevapes lemon mess & so far all good & no dry hits & plenty of flavour, so would I recommend this boro we'll apart from been Abit fiddly the same of anything else new then yes I would recommend it, but will update after I've gone through a couple of tank fulls.

First impressions vs the Ponte and Kylin? Or in other words should I buy one
right oh first impressions once you have got use to how wick this which is quite easy took me 3 goes slim shoulders is the answer to this boro, i would put in on par with the kylin M but obviosly this has larger capacity & again its on par with the ponte going try using a stock coil later 2.5 mm & see how that goes too, but you know this aint a cheap boro bud ?

About what I was expecting, as I suppose it's the mesh itself that determines the flavour on these things. What about the draw/airlfow? Would be good to know what it's like in the Pulse. I know you're still in recovery mode though so no rush to let me know
Only £5 more than the Kylin and a fair bit cheaper than the Ponte so if it's good I don't mind paying it.

I'm using Clapton s mesh in this bud & the draw is quite loose to me & the airflow for me at least cos I'm using the steam crave meson with full airflow door I'm going say the airflow is similar to the ponte but will try in the pulse at some pointAbout what I was expecting, as I suppose it's the mesh itself that determines the flavour on these things. right ive just found out today i was completely wicking this wrong doh & thanks to a certaain group found pics of how to do a correct build & did mine an hour ago & its spot on no wonder i kept getting dry hits yesterday lol. where the red line is thats as far as the tails need to go in

today decided to try a dual coil 3mm in the meson aio legs cut at 4mm & used @Lee strawberry trifle & wow im loving this set up at 55w, only slight warning when putting a build in the meson clamps watch out you dont wind the screws out to far as the clamps are not spring loaded & one of the screws dropped on the floor but luckily found it so im going use a tray from now lol.
