Mate, I was fuming!! I love that design and was kicking myself but I didn't think for 1 minute it would do that. To be fair they have refunded me but it's only £3 as I had points to use. I would have preferred a replacement but it costs them more and I don't blame them, they only supply the goods.
I can just order another but then if I remove the tag thing it may happen again anyway.

Well them refunding you £3 is better than a poke in eye as they say & nah I reckon it's a one off shit happens considering how many they sold just via potv.

Give it time you might order another just as a spare x
