Seeing comments about people dropping nic:
A few replies here go with my current belief: vaping with modern equipment ODs a vaper with nic really easily. I think all the initial headaches and shit are nothing to do with "body flushing out toxins", but simply your system trying to get used to a new MUCH higher amount of nicotine. Considering that I used to smoke 3 packs of mayfair superkings when drinking and that didn't ever give me a headache, I started thinking that dripping etc. is actually rather heavy stuff. In 25 years of smoking I had never heard of nic headache
From what I can see online vaping can give nic absorption efficiency of almost 60% (with decent gear), that would mean that dripping say 5 ml of 24 mg/ml juice would equal something like 50 or 60 fags. That is a lot of nicotine day-to-day. I guess most vapers brush this off with "but it is harmless and it feels good". I don't care, people should do as they please. FDA said in 1994 that the minimum amount of nic they believe you need per day to maintain addiction is 5 mg per day. I aim to be under that.
Considering this the EU limit of 20 mg/ml isn't too bad. Provided that the equipment is OK, it is plenty to get plasma nic level to smoker levels.
Ps. The poll should have had nic levels below 6 mg/ml as well. I think they are more popular than many believe, and certainly many more vapers aim to be there. For them I say, go for it, don't believe the scaremongering of people saying there is no TH (indeed I have seen some say there is no TH under 36 mg, so it is all about what you are used to). I am at 1 mg now nd after a couple of days, the TH is not excellent, but I certainly feel the vape
Cheers,
