I started on 24mg 6 weeks ago then went down to 18mg 2 weeks later, then 12mg 2 week's later, now my next order will be all 6mg :)

I am on 12mg, but desperately need something lower... I get dizzy sometimes. I am even considering 0mg for the evenings when I vape more.
Sometimes I just want to vape, but don't necessarily want a nicotine hit.

Everyone has a different tolerance to nicotine, I started on 24mg made me a bit giddy constantly vaping that, Im down to 8/12mg these days that gives me the right TH, I do have some 16mg juice if I want a good hit.

Been on 10 or 11 for 3 months. I just ordered some .6 hoping to get on .6 in next week or so by mixing with 10 or 11

I started on 24mg and found it too strong when I first started so I diluted it with some 8mg. Now I'm fine with anything between 10 - 24mg. I mix the liquids a fair bit too, so there's no typical strength in any of my clearomizers. I tend to aim for 18mg but if a flavour I want is only available in 12 or 24 I will substitute.

Seeing comments about people dropping nic:

A few replies here go with my current belief: vaping with modern equipment ODs a vaper with nic really easily. I think all the initial headaches and shit are nothing to do with "body flushing out toxins", but simply your system trying to get used to a new MUCH higher amount of nicotine. Considering that I used to smoke 3 packs of mayfair superkings when drinking and that didn't ever give me a headache, I started thinking that dripping etc. is actually rather heavy stuff. In 25 years of smoking I had never heard of nic headache

From what I can see online vaping can give nic absorption efficiency of almost 60% (with decent gear), that would mean that dripping say 5 ml of 24 mg/ml juice would equal something like 50 or 60 fags. That is a lot of nicotine day-to-day. I guess most vapers brush this off with "but it is harmless and it feels good". I don't care, people should do as they please. FDA said in 1994 that the minimum amount of nic they believe you need per day to maintain addiction is 5 mg per day. I aim to be under that.

Considering this the EU limit of 20 mg/ml isn't too bad. Provided that the equipment is OK, it is plenty to get plasma nic level to smoker levels.

Ps. The poll should have had nic levels below 6 mg/ml as well. I think they are more popular than many believe, and certainly many more vapers aim to be there. For them I say, go for it, don't believe the scaremongering of people saying there is no TH (indeed I have seen some say there is no TH under 36 mg, so it is all about what you are used to). I am at 1 mg now nd after a couple of days, the TH is not excellent, but I certainly feel the vape :)

Cheers,

Dr A

I am on 0-6mg, started on 18mg just over 3 months ago....happy at zero as long as there is plenty of flavour and thick clouds. Havent missed the nic at all. Which i am chuffed with being a 20 a day smoker for the last 30 years.

I should try so lower nic, but as it won't kill me, I'm happy where I am :)
