What mg of nicotine are you using?

Actually, if you go to non-vaping stop smoking forums, people there have the same symptoms, if they use NRT or not. But on top of feeling like sh** they are craving cigarettes. I notice when I overdose on nic, as I get a slight pressure on top of my head and I feel less able to concentrate. That is long before I feel dizzy or sick. And I never had a headache from it.

I alternate between how much vaping time I can get in a day, if its a little I go 24 mg or if its a lot i go around 18mg

funny thing, I've gradually dropped from 24 to 12.Out of curiousity I mixed up 10ml of nic free...I've been vaping it on and off all day, no cravings or anything,went out shopping left my vape gear at home, I'm just sat staring at my gear now,got no urges,cravings or anything

I'm a non smoker who enjoys vaping and a light buzz from vaping so idk if I wanna go all the way down to 0, I was wanting to do 6mg (12-24 is too much) but my local vendor has very few 6mg choices :-\ I'd buy online but my "dealer" is just so cheap. I'm talking like $3 for 10ml bottles
