What on earth would a AA size Li-ion be for?

Hello everyone, as you know I am just getting back into vaping, and have found something that has me really puzzled.

I found a Efest purple wrapped battery, nothing unusual right? Well it is AA sized.

I can not for the life of me think of a device I own that would use a AA sized Li-ion, everything I use AA's for I use eneloop rechargeable batteries, plus there is the voltage difference with the Li-ion being much higher than a standard AA or rechargeable.

Can anyone think of anything vaping related that would use this? As it is doing my head in Haha

1 li ion AA size and 2 blank AA in place of 3 AA, if it is 3.7v
there are 1.5v li ion AA size available (have built in buck converter to drop voltage) which as far as I know is most popular.

There was a mod that took aa's a few years ago but it never seemed to take off

Thank you all for your replies, but I figured it out- I found a standalone coil resistance tester that you screw your RDA/RTA into, and it had one of these batteries in.

For some reason it needs the 3.7V Li-ion battery instead of a standard AA 1.5V.

Do you mean a 14500 battery?
I've got loads of them here, mostly used in torches but I also have a Nemesis mini mech mod that uses them. A bit pointless really, as the amp limit restricts you from using a coil under about 1.5 ohms from what I remember.

If its the same size as an AA battery then yes, it must be a 14500.

I didn't think of torches, I have a nice torch with a Cree XML-2 emitter than uses 18650's. I use it mounted to my bike on mid mode and that still seems brighter than car headlights, and I can see the road for quite some distance in front of me.

Ahh, the Nemesis! That was my first mech mod, I had two of them. Unfortunately I found you couldn't build too low, otherwise the actual switch would get hot at the bottom where it is part of the circuit, and must have had some resistance in it for it to heat up.

EDIT: Looking online for nostalgia reminded me I had a Kick for the nemesis, there was a small extension tube that came with the nemesis to fit this in, it changed it from a mech to a VV mod.

Is the nemesis mini essentially the same as a Nemesis but runs on a 14500? If you could could you upload a picture as I have never seen one?
