I've just read the whole thread and I am not one to have a dig at people but seriously dude, this is ridiculous! I know it's your thread but lots of people have taken the time to give you some really good advice here & you seem to be ignoring it and just doing the same repetitive behaviour over n over again.
You will NEVER quit like that. You forget we have all been there, we can help yet you ignore & continue to report on nonsense.
Stop with the hours & minutes, continue to duel vape & smoke, try not to think about it. Cut down to 10 a day, then after a week go with 9 and weekly reduce it by one. That way it won't feel like you are depriving yourself.

I'm not sure if there is something mentally wrong with you so I apologise if there is but seriously mate, either stick to a plan or shut up with the blimin 5 hour 25 mins running commentary cause, its annoying & not helping you clearly!

What you are missing is that I was terrible at the time, and paranoia got hold of me. I bought about £3,000 worth of stuff.

you can only do what you can leon. people get a bit frustrated following every post but fuck it, don’t worry too much.

you should definitely try and drop the counting of days hours and minutes. i don’t think it helps. and if you can maybe try and get out the house a bit. must be murder trying to stop smoking with others smoking round about you.

some folk
never fully quit, i suppose it is a win even if you just reduce your fag consumption.

The problem is he doesn't listen to the advice of anyone, folks on here have given advice, repeating the same advice multiple times, all of which falls on deaf ears, all this thread does is give him something to do (which is fine), but that's all it does.
