Why drop to lower resistance in TC? genuine (but probably stupid) question

I tried dual titanium in my Aromamizer and i failed miserably to get high enough using my Wismec DNA200 so gave up and went bk to nichrome. Id rather a titanium build but for me it was super hard to achieve.

ive put dual ti in my crius tonight dual 8 wraps 26awg at 2.5 mm came in at 0.18 thats on my rx200
