Could Australia be the First Country to Ban Cigarettes?

If anywhere was going to do it it would be Australia.
Oz is the Nanny State taken to ludicrous extremes.

There would be many who would applaud a country for banning Tobacco. I`m not one of them.

I am totally sick and tired of Government intervention in the lives and free choice of individual citizens who have the right to put whatever the hell they like into their own bodies.

I have chosen an alternative to lit Tobacco but I would hate to have it forced upon me.

I hope, sincerely, that this does not come to pass but, looking a the state of legislation in Australia these days it probably will.

I honestly despair...

Australia also wants to ban e-cigarettes and vaping. Aussie vapers have to import nicotine.

I'll have to vape with caution when I travel to Australia at Christmas. I'll have to purchase some stealth vape gear to take I guess.
