UK Incremental Smoking Ban (Tobacco & Vapes Bill) Starts Journey Into Law

Sense has fuck all to do with it. They know as individuals that it is bollocks, but their paymasters tell them what to do.
There are some (probably many) that do believe in the "evil nicotine addiction" ideology though.. fucking do-gooders...

i don’t think they are all acting in bad faith to be honest. most of them are privileged morons with no connection to reality. but it is also a consequence of all the stupid marketing and “kid appeal” pictures and names. now that disposables have led to vapes actually appealing to kids, and it not being just a folk demon anymore, this was probably inevitable.

Guys, this is all a shit show, but don’t panic.

Flavour concentrates will still be available. As will Vg and pg.

My one worry is that nic base will be even harder to get hold of.

The banning of disposables is actually a good thing.

Further regulation could have a silver lining - despite the daap testing brought in with the TPD, there is still a lot of stuff in what we inhale that really isn’t great.
And shortfills are not subject to the same rules at premixed 10ml bottles. So a 60ml custard short fill is still laden with daap. A lot of people don’t realise this, which is wrong.

Sadly the damage has already been done with the constant barrage of mis-information around the whole vaping scene from the media and our previous and current government. This lot seems hell bent in banning, restricting and taxing vaping in one form or another and don't appear to give a toss what the outcomes or consequences will be of their actions.

They will not backtrack on any decision they make irrespective of any evidence put to them. This has become apparent with the pensioners and farmers fiasco so us poor vapers dont stand a chance.

Only option I feel left to us is to stock up as best we can. I for one am certainly doing this.
