Is it just me or have the world leaders generally got off lightly?

Boris had it worse than most of the others but still pulled through, I see quite a few heads of state having very mild symptoms so I'm wondering what their secret is? I know Trump has the greatest immunity in the history of immunity but what about the others?

I'm wondering if Covid 19 can't cope with political guff, I think we should look into it.

I have done extensive research on this (sat on my arse noticing bits of news here & there) so I could have missed current leaders having a tough time of it.

Already got those so hopefully I should be fine
