Would it be bad form?

would it be bad form to report on bad service from a vendor I bought an item recently and have emailed said vendor twice to say the item has a defect. I have also pm'd the vendor on their potv profile and they haven't even responded this was 5 days ago I originally contacted them.
 
I remember reading somewhere that a certain vendor could not deliver on orders until after a certain date, most likely because of a holiday or something. May be that could be the reason?
 
As frustrating as it is ninja you may want to speak to a mod before posting anything!!! You never know whats and whys and it could be a legit reason for no contact like a family problem or something. Im sure the mods may know this person and be able to advise you best.
 
i know they've still been doing orders two people i know have ordered since and have recieved their items
 
The rules on this (I believe) are that you first have to apply for a refund through Paypal and once resolved then you can spill the beans - KulrMeStoopid will of course guide you officially.
 
Right now the rules are, you have to notify them, if they havent resolved the problem in a reasonable amount of time (id say give it 14 days), then you should dispute it with your payment service (ie paypal bank transfer?) and await their decision.

Either way, after all is said and done, you can write up a negative review in the Vendor review section, and the team will look it over. If you arent swearing or being a slanderous arse, chances are it will get approved and will be posted on the forum.


We are discussing (when I have more time to talk to the bossman) about relaxing some of these requirements in the future.

But basically, if you havent done everything you possibly can to resolve the situation, don't waste your time writing up a neggy review :P

All sorted now folks the person has just been busy but they're gonna send me a replacement no questions asked so yeah good guys I knew they'd be good people they're potv certified vendors

So 5 days ago you contacted them - you've mailed them twice and they've ignored your emails (even though they've posted others out) and they've replied since you put this post up - so are you happy with the service you've received ???? KMS - I know vapers are impatient but surely Mr Occult should sanction a 'buyers' opinion on this...........?
