Would it be bad form?

My Maxim is if you have to ask then it's probably wrong or illegal.... but seriously there are so many good vendors our there, name and shame the ones that aren't performing.... Remember OUR whole premise is self regulation!!!!

I have to admit that I actually refrained from responding to this comment, I do not think I could have afforded the legal fees ;)
 
For My Two Pennies worth, If a vendor is working (Yes even vendors need holidays) and doesn't reply to an E-mail in 2 working days I'd like to know why!. It doesn't have to be detailed - Just "Thanks for contacting us, we're looking into your problem and expect to have an answer for you within N days." It keeps us informed and gives them a chance to sort things out, It's basic customer relations - and I'm sure most Vendors on here will agree with me on this.
 
I don't see why we should have to wait any longer or accept anything less thanks we were buying anything else. If I ordered anything else online and I hadn't turned up after a week I would be and am furious. And people keep banding about ideas like, it's hard for vendors and they have alot of orders. If they are Willing to take your money for the service and product they supply then they should be able to deal with it. Accidents do happen but there is no excuse ( in this day and age having email @ your fingertips) to not keep your customer in the loop ever step of the way.
