We dont "certify" anyone just so you know. Just cause someone holds a vendor status here, doesnt mean we approve them as being anything other than a company.

So 5 days ago you contacted them - you've mailed them twice and they've ignored your emails (even though they've posted others out) and they've replied since you put this post up - so are you happy with the service you've received ???? KMS - I know vapers are impatient but surely Mr Occult should sanction a 'buyers' opinion on this...........?

It is of my opinion, vapers are TOO impatient and I think that anything less than 14 days (maybe 7) doesn't deserve a whinge about.

Whilst it is rather convenient that they happened to respond after this thread went up, the timeframe doesn't seem that unreasonable. 5 days, including a weekend, isn't quite at "ignoring" status, especially if they wanted to look into it first (check other stock for a similar fault, etc.).

I used a vendor that rather than offer a refund, replacement or any attempt at a compromise for an item lost in the post makes you wait 45 days then another fortnight before I finally lost patience and claimed my refund from Paypal. I haven't moaned about it on here because I didn't want to rock the boat or have my bottie spanked, but that REALLY mounted my breasts.

I was referring to having to wait 5 days for a reply to an email, not 5 days for an item to arrive.

Personally, I always make sure I reply to emails within 1 day and post out items within 2 days but as a buyer I think up to 2 days for an email and 6 days for a delivery would be acceptable.

well the rules are being changed up as I type this. Im not done with forum permissions and such as of yet, or completed the rules, but people will have a bit more freedom with posting negatives about vendors.

I ordered a starter kit from a vendor on here, the charger was dead, plus the ce4's didn't fit the ego battery screw on, had to be so so so tightened otherwise it would leak, then the ce4 would fall apart in my hands under the pressure. I had to use different batteries to get a connection. Then massive amount of spam email from them asking for reviews. I emailed them about dead charger but no reply. Don't want to rock the boat on here and mention vendor.......but crap buy basically.

I don't wanna be negative about the vendor the rest of my order was good I don't want this thread becoming an argument it was obviously a defect from factory level and as the item is sealed the vendor would have no way of knowing that it was defective I wasn't moaning I was just sayin it chaps my ass a bit when people dont reply to email's that was all people - and I know the vendors on here aren't officially certified but at least I can find reviews on em and can trust em more than say a market stall or funnily enough cash converters who I saw today are selling some very suspect looking ego starter kits £20quid for a single 650mah battery charger and ce4 a bit steep i think and didnt look too high quality.

Still nevertheless it is good to be able to have a groan and a grunt about the fact that one might have been shafted over a purchase that wasn't worth the money it cost in postage stamps, no? Quite a few times I was ripped off on fleabay, and often had no refund, only a "tiny" partial refund, after much time consuming hassling, and was still harassed to leave a 5 star feedback. Fleabag Oh fleabag...
