How's everybody finding the X?

My first attempt at wicking resulted in a flooded deck after around 10 draws, second attempt is faring slightly better but still getting a little spitback.

Still, flavour is good, almost comparable to the Engine 2 that I'm running alongside it, so I'm happy with that.

Anybody know the cheapest UK retailer for a bubble glass?

Do you think it'll work well as a single coil configuration?

I would have my doubts single coiling it. Your gonna need a lot of cotton to plug the wicking ports. Not saying it's not possible though

Rewicked again and all seems well, had to trim just enough so the wick reaches right to the bottom of the intake.

@kersey as Sam says, its gonna take a lot of cotton through a single coil. I reckon a 4 or 4.5mm ID coil would work though.

I've got it dual coils with 2 3mm coils I didn't comb the ends just fluffed up the went with the dam wicking method so you get a rough idea how much cotton the wicking ports take. I may have a play around tomorrow and try and single coil it

Anybody know how it compares for flavour with the manta rta?
