Now all you need is the Pico 2 @Crewella @daz_app which has a rather better designed Cup which has your wick slots at the bottom. But your method works a treat as well.

i GOT A Pico from the classies recently and this one has the adaptor for the CLR coils. I have another which doesn't have the adaptor so thought I would give the CLR coils a go and I have to say it works a treat! Great for when I am feeling lazy and don't want to build a coil so very happy all round.

I admit, I have yet to venture down that road @quincey43 but keep hearing great reports from users who are doing things this way. Might have to give it a try one of these fine days.

I am slightly confused here-is there an actual Pico clone, or are you referring to a different mod?

As I bought myself a Pico, from FocalEcig, that arrived fast, and it checks out as authentic, but I have a pink one on the way for the missus-I wouldn't want her to end up with a clone device (Nothing against clone devices).

To add further to this, I now have a Pico-S as well, which I thought I had been cack-handed with and messed up the threads on the chamber ....... but looking closely I'd say it's just that the threads on the plastic chamber on the Rcomen Pico-S are nowhere near as deep or crisply cut as they are on my mid-range clone, and the chamber is such a tight fit over the deck that it's a bit of a struggle to fit it all together tightly. I will buy another Pico, but to be honest I'll stick to the original conformation. Works fine for me, my little clone has been in daily use and is doing just fine.

The FT sale came along & I was weak, I now have the Rcomen Pico-s on it's way to me along with a set of coils

My other Pico's on the naughty step after peeing itself at work, it can't be doing that so after a bit of fiddle it can sit for 12 hours with no attention to see if it can hold it in
