Done it once, .2 build which i'd left on a switchable box which i'd left in series mode after using an atty wiyh a .7 build. One toot and WOOOOOOOOF, flame central. Was not fun and gave me the fright of my life.

happens to me occasionally but on anything kanthal, titanium or stainless steel - I think its the cotton rather than the material of the wire ... I can get anything to burn actually it seems to me that juice that may be on the posts actually burns away - at least it looks that way if I dry burn my twisted messes rda prior to re-wicking it, I got a homemade juice with lots of sucralose in it which I think may be the reason why ..

should that not be the other way around? its harder to tell when an RDA is getting dry than it is to tell when an
RTA is.RTAs have windows that give you a clue
