Advice on RTA and Smok RBA

I agree with all the comments posted. A good dedicated RTA will give you so much better flavour and be cheaper to run. A word of warning though, in my experience RTA coils don't last as long as stock coils, especially if you vape sweet juices. And there is a learning curve that has to be overcome before you can build a coil and wick the RTA reliably.

Thanks for the info @ChrisS - although that's an interesting point regarding coil longevity. In general terms, would it really be worse than say 7-10 day life of my current Smok coils? I do have a bit of a sweet tooth, and tend to use 70/30 VG/PG juice. Does that make a difference?

Lol I like how the solution to the dilemma is just buy both options! It's difficult to say no tbh, but i'm trying to be sensible just now and slowly build up my collection over time. I guess I want the best of both worlds i.e. cost saving of RBA deck for an existing tank, but with the performance of a dedicated RTA.
Haha I would forget the sensible option and go with the heart lol.
I take the stance of getting it while it's available.
A few times I the past I've passed up a good deal only to wish I'd bought it because when I finally got round to trying to get it it wasnt available anymore.
Bad I know but if I find a mod or tank that I really like, i buy a couple more.......just in case.

Nothing wrong with a backup to the backup. I think I have every Evic Primo left in the wild...
Haha exactly. I did the same ages ago with the eleaf 20's and 30's, they are great to take on holiday. Also did the same with the Smok G Priv baby mod and the smok V Fin mod. The deals on them were just too good to pass up.

Seems perfectly reasonable to me, although the missus may not be so easy to convince!

Funny you should mention holiday mods, just recently picked up another eLeaf iPower 80W to replace my holiday beater as the screen was becoming too pixelated, cracking wee mods and very cheap these days, cos no-one really wants 22mmm mods.

Been there, done that. She's given up on me now lol. I say is the ciggie money and if it keeps me off them then that's good lol. Does backfire on me tho as I have to treat her in shoes and handbags lol

Seems like a fair compromise to me, my missus is very supportive of my "staying off the stinkies" efforts.

Yes John, terrific mods, still got 3 left. Cant say the same on the 50w mod as 2 of mine broke.
I really like the internal batt mods for the holiday situations, much easier than fafing around with batteries and chargers etc.
