Affordable Cobra-like Atomiser?

Hey Guys.

Not sure if this is in the correct board but I really like the look of the Cobra atomisers but can't afford the £100+ asking price. Are there any suggestion on what I could get as an affordable substitute?

Been looking at the Fogger V4. Any good?

To be honest this will be my first ever rebuildable and I don't fancy the idea of having to keep topping up an RDA every time I fancy a puff so looking for suggestions on a cheap RBA which is ideal for a beginner.
