Just wondering about liquids and batteries

Flying from Aberdeen to Amsterdam soon for 8 days

Need about 6 18650s and 300ml homemade e-liquid

Bottles? Travel shampoo ones with a label on (made self - mostly glycerine) or are unicorn bottles ok (60ml each)

Will I be ok - no hold luggage only hand. Can't afford amsterdam e-liquid prices

Cells in plastic cases in your hand baggage..
Bottles are ok as long as no bottle is over 100ml and they fit in the sealable plastic bag with your other smellies..
Any tank with juice in it must be in that bag as well..
Who you flying with?

Was going to use seperate zip lock bags (one for each bottle) for liquids

Am flying with KLM

Normal plastic cases for batteries?

KLM ok...
Cant use separate bags.. You are allowed ONE bag 20x20cm only

Ladies website said get a freezer ziplock bag (small) from supermarket

I'm so sorted!!! I am taking two tanks as I rebuild......not taking many toiletries. No crochet hooks (am addicted) - no tweezers/scissors.

Amsterdam is not the outer hebrides LOL

Yes as they are not more than 100ml....

Ladies website said get a freezer ziplock bag (small) from supermarket

They will give you a bag at the airport FOC... Some freezer bags are not acceptable. The have to be perfectly clear.. Ikea do a great bag with a duble seal but it has a purple stripe on it and gets rejected..

Just to let you guys know there is a smoking area upstairs in Portugal - Faro Airport. Its past the cafe behind big black glass doors.

WHEN DID YOU SEE THIS SMOKING AREA LAST? IS IT PAST SECURITY? i HAVE HAD REPORTS IT SHUT NOV 2016

Guys if you think flying is bad for vaping try network rail - no vaping anywhere on the network - though no luggage restrictions

For a train from scotland to penzance this is torture!!!!

But thanks @city461 for your help as haven't flown much so a tad nervous (next stop checking in online - phone for boarding pass or can I print off a black and white one?)

There was no smoking area at Faro at the beginning of June. The whole airport is being refurbished.
