Are You Having The Booster ?

@Mitz worth watching about aspiration.

Thanks mate. I'll watch the whole thing later. Made it 4 minutes in and already taken issue with multiple things said so need to be in the right head space to listen to the remaining 20+ minutes and then try to reply with a somewhat intelligible response. Will defo watch the rest later tho and reply with my thoughts. :thumbup:

@Mitz worth watching about aspiration.

Yeah, tbh mate I've decided not to get in to it. Appreciate you posting it and tagging me tho. It doesn't really matter, the injectors will use whatever guidelines they've been set and currently in the UK it's not to aspirate. Besides, not having any more so other people can worry about the benefit/risk factors now. If I'm totally honest, after 3 fookin' jabs I'd rather catch Covid now than have another jab. Thankfully, being a mutant ninja, I don't have to worry about getting either coz they can both fook right off in equal measure. :)

aspiration is a hot topic but it's also common sense I have aspirated and also have not it depends on the person and how big they are (as in how much fat they have on them) but the vaccinators aren't trained to aspirate it's not that easy to do with some patients or for a newly trained injector to perform but the risks are a hotbed of debate

with 200k cases today aspiration is not on the list of worries for me it, it's catching the virus that's my top worry and still watching maskless people saying it has a chip in it or it is not tested etc etc etc

edit I would of thought by now a small auto inject pen or such like would have been introduced but that depends on the vaccine and how its administered but it would take the headache out of injecting

Had mine a few weeks ago and it was the same as @Astral , Astra Zeneca then Phizer. I had no side effects apart from an aching arm for a few days. Do i feel safer ?, if i could go out it would be no but stuck inside i don't feel any different.

Well I had mine 6 days ago and I've felt rough as fuck since. Thought I felt better today, until I started doing stuff. WTAF!

im just waiting to hear when i can have my fourth jab. should be within the next 15 days.
its been talked about on the arthritis forums that scotland has got its act together and all imuno supressed have received a letter telling them so. just waiting for the england to catch up now.

sadly i dont think it will ever stop. weve got it for good now on this planet.
hopefully they will find a vacine that will last longer than 3-6 months and then we will all get it at the same time as the yearly flu jab. imuno supressed is a different kettle of fish though, we will need it more often and maybe in smaller doses or in tablet form that we take each week.
only time will tell.
