I am sending mine back. I believe it is fundamentally flawed. The coil has a thread top and bottom so when you unscrew the top usually the top thread undoes leaving the coil in place but sometimes the bottom thread unscrews and so the coil comes off with the top, causing all the liquid to drain out.
Putting the cap on seems to pressurise the air in the tank forcing liquid through the wick and into the bottom part and out the air holes.
It is useless.
