As I said I don't really understand what lower ohm heads give.

Ive been messing about rebuilding heads in my kanger t3s and normally there between 2.2-2.4ohm @ 8w and using cotton I've been getting a much better vape than the stock versions.
I built a twisted micro (ish)coil at 1.2 ohm and it didn't seem to produce anymore vapour(8-11w),maybe slightly more flavour but it was just very hot,with more of a throat hit which I actually didn't like.(it could well be giving of more vapour as I've been getting light headed since using it,like when you have a cig for the first time in ages).

Think I prefer a much cooler vape without as much of a throat hit, does PG liquid give this too? I normally vape 50/50 but bought some darkstar liquids which are 70/30 and noticed they were harsher on my throat. and what was in the tank with the 1.2ohm head.

I believe PG gives a stronger throat hit whilst VG gives more vapour, I've also seen people say higher nic concentrations give more throat hit but can't verify this myself. The darkstar liquid you have there is 70% PG so has a relatively strong throat hit. You might want to try 30/70 or higher VG for less throat hit and more clouds, I'm enjoying this ratio at the moment as I like clouds
