Id say that abouts sums it up for now.
Creams... I'm abit set in my ways, I suspect you'll do better there.
Caramel... Dulce De Leche by Flavor West is a cracking one, will add the sweetness and abit of cream aswell.
Butterscotch... FlavourArt is a good one, doesn't need much and is quite deep.
Nut... I didn't pick much Nut out from the drink but the mouth feel nut gives would be a bonus... Peanut butter TFA maybe?
Coffee... Tiramsu here is a must, I think
@andi52 has it spot on, adds the slight coffee note along with the chocolate and adds again to the cream
Fruit... Marula INW, if that doesn't work, would have to revisit
Rum... I'd say try Butter Rum Flavour West or the Rum Inawera. Just done alittle digging and Butter Rum apparently adds a slight tartness that would work a treat I suspect.
