You sound just like me as I’m around the same age and I have the same problems with eyesight and dexterity in fact I’m another year older today which is not something I enjoy anymore lol. I have just read the thread all about the issues that you had with this RTA so I have a better idea about it now.

I’ve not got the Blotto V1. But I think it‘s more restricted than most RTAs. If you like a DTL vape, get yourself a Blotto V1.5 or the Blotto Max for your birthday @Lucas James 27 . If you’re MTL the Blotto V1 should be fine for you.

Thank you for your advice buddy, it’s always appreciated. I like a restricted DTL and find many RTA’s way too airy for me so hopefully I will enjoy the single coil version too. I have the original Blotto and nine of the Mini’s because it’s the perfect RTA for me and I wanted to future proof myself because I don’t know if I will ever find anything else like it. Many people only use the Mini in a single coil configuration because it’s too restricted for them in the dual coil mode but I don’t.

If your looking for a restricted DL then use a Clapton or an Alien in the Single Coil Blotto, If you fancy a more airy vape then use plain wire, found 24 gauge to be best. I have an Alien in one and an 8 wrap 24gauge SS coil for TC in the other. I also like the Mini but only have the one.

I use a 2.5 id Alien though when i first got it i used 3mm which was way too restricted even for me.
