Calling all Squonk Gurus

Hello everyone.

So I want to purchase my first Squonk mod. But what would you recommend out of the following two?

Kangertech Dripbox 160 + Velocity v2
or
Steam Crave Squonk Mod + Steam Crave Aromamizer V-RDA

Any opinions would be appreciated.

never had either but i have read that the steamcrave likes to use batterys

I just posted similar, I had the original dripbbox and it didn't last very long. I watched a few reviews on the new dripbox and it has put me off it, not a lot of positive feedback on it which is a shame as I was going to buy one till I seen the reviews.

I watched a review of both and from the reviews I wasn't sold on either. But wanted to see other peoples experience with them. Guess I'll wait a bit for squonking to catch up.

In regards to new 160 kangertech dripbox I've got nothing bad to say about it... Except the standard atty leaks quite badly, but who uses the stock atty

I've got the Steamcrave, it's a good squonker but a mediocre device, chews through batteries at 60w - I run mine at 40w and use two batteries per day, no big deal.

Dean the vaping biker said he tried a Cthulthu and a Hastur on the the 160 and both didn't work, that put me right off.

If you can handle it, ie you know your Ohms Law and have decent batteries and can build good coils - the V1 Dripbox is a lovely wee thing.
Aye, the given atty isna to great, but a quick recoil and it isn't too bad.

The V2 looks ugly, but sits in the hand alright, but I try avoid regulated gadgets so it isn't for me, but one chap says it is not bad, better when he got a decent atty on it....

I got to bump this back up as I'm still torn between these two.

Kanger - problem with RDAs not sitting flush or not connecting at all.
Steam Crave - battery draining too quick.

I'm not really selling it to myself lol.

I know it's not one of the two you're looking at but I'd like to echo @EmbraSewerRat's thoughts.

I have that with a bf sapor on it, seems a great little piece of kit. [emoji106]
