I've continued corresponding with the seller, they refunded me and I don't have to return the product. Seems they are not the producer (which makes sense given they don't know much about it) and have since forwarded something from the supplier that says it's a 30/70 mix and fine to vape. I'm not convinced they haven't just cut CBD oil with VG/PG - given how it separates it's clearly two different solutions. Tastes like that charred taste you get when taking a hit from a bong - not that I know what that tastes like!

Either way, effect was pretty good but not sure I'll chance it again, don't like the thought of inhaling vaporised oil.
