CE5 V3 replacement coil heads

Hi, these seem to be in short supply at the moment. I use a V3, will the coils for the CE5 work with these? I ask because I have found the tubes for The CE5 will not connect to a V3 base

I have a mini Viva Nova V9 and I cant find 1.8 replacement coils for it either.

Is it the Chinese New Year caused a blip in supplies?
