There are loads of good cheap places though i am not the best person to ask as i do my own coils and builds, I am pretty sure someone will be along to advise you better than i can.

If you do go for the external battery option add a packet of battery wraps and maybe insulators aswell to your battery order.
You won't need to rewrap batteries very often (I've only had to rewrap 2 in the last year) but better to have them on hand when/if your wraps get damaged than use batteries with damaged wraps. There really easy to rewrap with just a hairdryer.
