Just waiting for the chip to arrive on the slow boat now , then I can put it all together.

Not totally sure what I'm gonna do about -ve connection for the 510 yet though as I don't think I have a crimp connector small enough to fit the original case mounting point.

Got some small crimp connectors from modmaker.co.uk I think with a bit of Sanding they will fit.

Well the slow boat has pulled in and the dna30's are here.

Just gotta find some time to get the soldering iron out now.

Also got a few nice packages today.

SX350 ready enclosure from @BaDaBooM

And a nice new SX350 50w board.

only problem I have now is trying to get the FDV v4 510 and the 12mm switch to fit cos at the moment their fouling each other.

Grind the 510 pos pin down flush.

Two boards arrived, two screens snapped, two more boards ordered... feck!!!!!!!

Getting the old screens ribbons off without pulling up the pads is the tricky bit.

This stuff will make the job 100x easier but it's not cheap. On the bright side one lot will last a lifetime
