Chubby style Bottles Legal action from chubby gorilla

I got some of these from Lubrisolve the other day.

The problem with Gorilla bottles is that if the lids are easy to remove then you end up with 60ml of liquid on your desk every time you try to fill your tank, or they're almost impossible to remove.

Any tips on how to remove them @Ecigbase?

yea your right we stopped using them because of that problem and moved to ibottles there better but more expensive

Piss takers trying to implement scare tactics. Tell your supplier you want a discount on the next batch for your hassles or you're changing bottles.

You say you have changed from Lubrisolve to I Bottles.
Don't suppose you use any of these from I Bottles do you ?

Well i'm not an expert, but it looks as though that the reason why Baker & McKenzie are sniffing about.
They are probably sending letters like this to anyone selling bottles with Gorilla, or Chubby in the description, as I Bottles are doing.

Don't know why they have managed to link this to you now though.

I think you are right to let your solicitor deal with it.

My thoughts now are via your solicitor contact Baker & McKenzie, and I bottles as in my previous post on this.

However, although you might hate the idea seek a different bottle supply.
As despite the rights. and wrongs of this letter Baker & McKenzie, and Gorilla Bottles no doubt have much more money to waste on solicitors, and court cases than Ecigbase.

Please keep us informed of the outcome.
