Whats the point @Ecigbase hasnt been making the bottles.
Its like me buying an empty jam jar from wilco, putting home made preserve in it then getting sued by Robertson's.

Not really, that would be for your own use. The op is a trader, so a better analogy would be innocently buying a batch of no-name handbags for your store, then finding out they're exact replicas of a major brand.

I don't know the answer, but the question would be, are you breaking the law by selling them?

I quite agree.
But how many small businesses have been forced off the market in the last few years by Toys R Us, because they called themselves Tools r us, etc.
The answer is loads............

As I say I am not arguing the rights, or wrongs of this, just saying, if you have a solicitor get some advice, don't just carry on regardless.

Are you actually selling empty bottles or making them @Ecigbase , I can't see how chubby Can stop you from using their bottles or any others to sell your products in as you are marketing your own product, which needs to be in bottles. Al i can see happening is Chubby will lose customers as no one will want to use their product for fear of reprisal. Why shoot themselves in the foot

well this is as real as it can get very big law firm and chubby have spent millions on this i all ready know of 1 big major e liquid brand as been forced to change to there bottles or would have not been allowed at the expo and had to buy 1 million bottles from chubby . Also they had there solicitor at the expo all day handing out letter to suppliers using the chubby style bottles

So my theory was correct all along ?
Are you going to change bottle supplier then ?

Still puzzled as to how they linked you in, unless they forced I Bottles to tell them all the companies they had sold them to.........

Looks that way prob loosing the market share due to the import of Chinese bottles .
