cleaning atties?

I can't believe how often this comes up .... just wash them like you would anything else.

it's just stainless steel and glass, a bit of plastic sometimes and some rubber o-rings. ..... it's not hard to work out is it?

... and if you want to sterilize them you only need to leave them in miltons for 10 or 15 mins, I've done it many a time and nothing has happened to any part of the tank including the plastic tanks on my corollas.

I’ve used Milton too (trying to remove heisenberg) ... but it can start reacting with some metals. Took the plating off the 510 pin on one of my tanks

how long did you leave them in for? that's insane.

Probably about half an hour, it only needs 15 mins to sterilise. Learnt my lesson when I was a kid and tried sterilising a pair of gold plated earrings overnight... they had partially dissolved by morning :D

It was a gold plated pin I think so if using Milton I make sure I don’t leave it too long

This is what needs it most. If you look in the air vent you will see some discolouration. I think a piece of something was stuck inside for a while until I noticed it. I managed to dislodge it but it doesn't look to the clean inside. The tank doesn't seem to come apart fully, which is why I was thinking of using Milton.

I've been having a lot of trouble with the OBS engine nano after I tried going for low wattage builds to reduce juice consumption. It worked perfectly with a 0.20ohm coil, not so good with 0.80ohm.

Use a toothbrush with a bit of washing up liquid and give it a scrub if you think it needs it and let it soak for a bit. That’s about the most I do, with occasional Milton (but not for long)

Can you strip some cotton off a cotton bud and fit it in there to give it a wipe?

I can try to stick something up its backend for a swab. I'm not sure Mr nano will enjoy the experience but such things should not be ignored.
I can image things clinging to it until it gets back up and needs a proper Miton colon cleansing colon cleansing.
I would like to fix the issue before a colonic is required.

nobody wants to vape a dirty arse!
I wouldn't even want to put my finger up that thing!

Yah, it seems Milton reacts with the metal.
Do you think it would clean faster if I dropped the atties in a bowl of soapy water and popped it in the microwave for a few minutes?
that's not a good idea lol

I've left tanks in Milton for about an hour, mostly due to my being easily distracted and forgetful :8: They've come out unscathed, but I will pay more attention in future.
