Coils. What people don't say...

With mine @Mason it depends what I am using the coil in. I will either use an 18 guage syringe, a piece of coathanger wire or one of the wifes medium sewing needles, those cover most of my needs really.

Yeah its a very small margin. I'm mainly building in a russian 91 and it's quite tight. Still trying new combos of coil tyoe, size and resistance

I use a 2.5mm precision screwdriver so I can push the coils together.

If I'm after a uniform coil that is spaced I use an m3 bolt and twist it off

I did try rip trippers super nano coil the other day. .20 wrapped round kanthal and got .3 ohms

I want to try the super nanocoil. Watched a load of his vids last night. I prefer 18350 though and worried any super micro would just be too low resistance for it to be on my everyday attie and there for stuck on an 18350
