Concentrate help

Hey guys and girls. Looking for some help from some veterans here if possible. I wanna make my own milk concentrate, I have seen that people make coffee etc but just wondering if there is any way that anyone could teach me how to make a few decent concentrates from scratch as well as a milk conc ?? just vape 24/7 have a creamy milk concentrate. there are probably other vendors but these are the only ones i use.
mixing your own juice is quite easy once you get all your ingredients together. again just vape have everything under one roof and whatever you buy postage is only £ 3.60 and usually comes next day..
to start you off you will need vg i use boots £1.29 for 200ml. pg and nic base and some concentrates.you will also need some bottles.syringes, gloves.
i would stick to flavours you know you like at first and then work upto more complicated (accidental) flavours once you find your feet.
find out what pg/vg base you prefer and work from there. there is a mixing calculator here on the planet to start you off.
youtube and google is a good starting point in most things and there is plenty of help here also.
dont be scared once you start you wont stop. i havent bought a premade juice since i started mixing my own and have saved a small fortune.

Sorry man.
I must've said it wrong. I have my mixing stuff already and have been vaping my own mixes for a few weeks. I was wondering about actually making concentrates from scratch.
Eg coffee into of solution, heated and strained through filter paper to make a pg coffee flavour concentrate,
Was just wondering if anyone had any ideas about other concentrates that I could make from scratch at home
