I find that condensation collects behind the Boro tank

I am doing extensive testing of some unique Plugs and I can report that even after 4 days continuous use, the Boro just fell out when I inspected to see what was occurring by way of condensation build up behind the boro. It was dry as a Bone in the BB, not a drop.

@Vapaneezer Scrooge Just a word to the wise regarding Panels. Be very mindful that some people have experienced warping over time, so I'd accept the fact that unless you're going to get involved in reinforcing Panels, you will need to make them thicker than the standard ones on a BB. Not by huge amounts, but you do need them to be a tad thicker.

Thanks for the heads up Rob, actually it would help if I made them 1mm thicker for the magnet mounts.

Going to try and model one later, ordered some magnets from Fast Tech in the end - £2 for 100 wasn't too shabby.

I have a template but having to design it from scratch, I am not far off from finishing that design though, at the moment it's just a wide DTL version with a cotton hole:

This was my first attempt but on testing by TartanSpartan it didn't fit, now I have a billet box I can get it spot on.

The original design credit goes to domejunky who's been very helpful.

The theory is you place a small piece of cotton into the smaller hole which absorbs the condensation, in theory I could adapt this to the MTL versions.

It's quite rewarding to see it come together, got about 20 prototypes printed as I was flying in the dark but finally cracked it

Having an actual Billet Box to reverse engineer from has made a huge difference, the fit I have managed to get brought a smile to my face, it's an absolute perfect fit with zero play.
