I posted you a set before I got the Billet Box, I tweaked a few dimensions, they will fit but the revised ones are much better, I will pop you a replacement set in the post (3rd time lucky)

No to having the afc, you won’t need it on the bridge if using a plug. Slot or hole should make no difference I’d think? Of course the only way to tell is to experiment

My thinking was a slot means you can get more cotton in = more it will soak up, or am I missing something?

I've printed one off and you can fit twice the cotton in it.

All samples posted 1st class, keen to hear feedback asap

Been testing them myself and all is good, strangely the cotton version is still dry, I was expecting it to absorb moisture.

Now I am going to try a reverse test without a plug as I've not seen how soon it condensates to gauge the difference.

Hopefully get the orders into print this weekend.

Mine arrived today and I fitted a wide air channel with no cotton hole or slot and been using it for about 9 hours now and is dry as a bone inside, that is using a vape she'll. I can't see if it would make any difference what bridge you have in but it's looking good at the moment. Thanks @Vapaneezer Scrooge
