Could a flavour ban eventually make its way to the UK?

So my logic is any product used in eliquid making apart from nicotine is found in food and drink, so how would there be a flavour ban. People use cigarette papers for smoking narcotics as well as roll up cigarettes. Rizla has not been banned, for the same reason there can't be a flavour ban as the flavours are not only used for eliquid. !8650 batteries used for vaping are also used for torches so again these can't be banned. The only ban possible would apply to vapers who buy premaid liquids and of course the eliquid makers. DIY mixers won't need to worry about the flavour ban. Companies will just change the way they market flavours to get round any rules.

They could do it if they made it a criminal offence. Imagine it. An underground of custard biscuit vapour. Nudge, wink...
