Diluting e liquid.

Upon searching the forum, I couldn't find the answer to my questions. (Or less I missed it)

I have 30mls of e liquid in 3mg, which i purchased from a vendor.

My questions are.

Is it possible to dilute to 1.5mg?

What do I add to it? And how much?

I apologise if this has already been discussed.

Half and half with some zero nic of the same flavour

If u dilute it u will lose flavour, unless u buy the Same juice in 0mg an mix together

I'll just need to buy some 0mg and split it.
