Been working on a Blackcurrant menthol using Inawera blackcurrant, but I'm not really happy with it, I can't seem to get the balance of fruit and menthol right.

Diche people may disagree but I think the TW one tastes best, followed by FA.. I tried a lot of blackcurrants

The TW one seems so versatile, tastes good at low and stupidly high percentages.

Fruits of the Forrest - vapours r us, RA+peppermint ( yum ) and red bull from vapours r us which I mixed up at 20% weeks ago but still doesn't taste like red bull just tastes like ermm fruit punchy lol

Big smiles here ... a dessert recipe that I've tried for ages to get right has worked out. The secret, as is often the case, was to let it steep as the flavours really round off and soften beautifully.
I've named it Apocalypso Now! and it's a variation on a Banana Split!
This is what works for me ... only after a 3 week steep, mind.

Inawera Banana - 5%
FlavourArt Madagascan Vanilla - 3%
FlavourArt Hazelnut - 4%
Inawera Dark Chocolate - 2%
The Flavor Apprentice Bavarian Cream - 10%
Capella Ethyl Maltol - 2 drops per 10ml
