Big smiles here ... a dessert recipe that I've tried for ages to get right has worked out. The secret, as is often the case, was to let it steep as the flavours really round off and soften beautifully.
I've named it Apocalypso Now! and it's a variation on a Banana Split!
This is what works for me ... only after a 3 week steep, mind.
Inawera Banana - 5%
FlavourArt Madagascan Vanilla - 3%
FlavourArt Hazelnut - 4%
Inawera Dark Chocolate - 2%
The Flavor Apprentice Bavarian Cream - 10%
Capella Ethyl Maltol - 2 drops per 10ml
