2nd batch of Blackberry Crumble and Custard. Much better this time around but I can taste where the tweaks need to be. Also thinking of adding a bit of Apple.

I posted the recipe in another thread right after I'd mixed it.. I've since added a bit of aniseed and it's finished it off nicely.

I've not started it yet. I'm not looking forward to it if I'm honest.. I've made something like it before (Inspired by Chegs snake oil recipe) and after about 20 revisions I was happy with it.. So happy I was thinking of sending samples out for others to enjoy but I found it clogged the coils within a couple of ml of it.. I took a picture of my coils after 2ml of it..

I'll try post the pic but stoopid tapatalk randomly uploads them hd one minuite and unviewable the next:

Bloody heck!!! That's pretty bad. I'm guessing it was high combined concentration ratio? Maybe different results could be obtained on a. Genny?
