It was only due to my being allergic to dairy produce that I decided not to create this again,it made me itch like a flea ridden dog on a hot day.The flavour was unsurprisingly cream,I don't quite know why it gets the Bavarian tag added.If I could be certain of zero stress,I could possibly try this again as stress/heat can set my skin off itching.My allergic reactions to foods started overnight when I was 16 ish,and abated hugely in my 30's.I was allergic to dairy/citrus & cough sweets to start with,this increased to include yeast(no bread/beer)warmer weather was torture as I gained red weals over my entire body(looked like a walking plate of spaghetti hoops)and at its peak I couldn't even smoke a different brand of tobacco.These days,I can eat cream cakes in winter without problem as long as I'm not going out(teaching Fraggle to drive/parcel delivery etc)or the heating isn't set to GF furnace levels(she doesn't seem to understand what a bloody thermostat does)

what brand of concentrantes did you use for that mix?

I think they were all Flavour West concentrates. I love their butterscotch and Butter Cream, their Hazelnut is very strong though so don't need much.
