CV do a pre-made concentrate called Blueberry Lemonade and that defo has a fizz. It tastes (and feels) like refreshers!!

TPA's Champagne used to be really good for adding fizz, that was the alcohol based one though and they only do the new recipe and not tried it yet

Well I think I may have made my favourite fizzy drink :-) but how would I get the FIZZ?

I had some lime sherbet from ApolloEcigs. As you exhale through your nose it gave a sherbet fizz. The effect is outstanding. I aim to try and replicate in the new year. Lots of research has only thrown up a couple of results as yet untried by me. One suggestion is to use a champagne concentrate the other is Malic Acid or PA sour. And as Stu says its a closely guarded secret.
