'Ohms too high' would suggest your min and max resistance settings in the atomizer profile settings need adjusting. SS will raise it about 20% from what's read as cold.

Thanks for replying, I did notice the default settings for profile 1 was wide open, like between .1 to 2ohm, which I thought should work with most builds, then I did try a few more conservative settings based on the coils for both attys I built .... still too high .

I would say those ego boards work very well with 0.5ohm. Soyou have that bit right. Im sure you will sort it.

Totally agree, building on the go board is totally different from what you would normally build. Fries your brain a little bit but aim for the 0.5 area as Matt suggested

Had some good suggestions from Rob @ Stealthvape after he looked over the pics , I'm away on hols so I'll have a look at it again when I'm back.

I've tried Robs suggestions and no luck, its still reporting coil resistance higher than actual resistance and still reporting "ohms too high" in ecscribe , I could do with some screen shots of other peoples settings / profiles in escribe to make sure I have the right numbers in the right places, info is scarce online to say the least because its not meant to be a consumer board.
I've put it to one side until I have more info.

I haven't had much more time with this and its getting colder in the workshop but just been in and had a play with it and ....... success ! turns out you cant use the common ground between the 510 - and the batt -
I've had escribe plugged in and it reading the correct resistance now, I've had a vape on it and tested different power settings etc. , I'll do a couple of edits to the box and I'll make another that will be more tidy on the inside.
