I was told i couldn't vape by the staff in my local pub. People with no ideas about vaping. You breathe more toxic fumes outside than sitting in a room full of vapers vaping.you can't vape on busses yet you breathe in the toxins that come off the engines fumes. I just wish vaping education was given to everyone.

Some places have the ban in place not because they think it's harmful but because trying to tell drunken smokers they can't smoke when vapers are vaping away causes the staff a lot of hassle.

I dread to think how cloudy a pub would get full of vapers when my living room gets hazy as hell just from me.

The Smoking in enclosed areas is a blanket ban with no excuses for doing so even being drunk is not an excuse for someone to light up. Most drunks can still read so there should be signs saying NO SMOKING. VAPING AND ECIGS ARE ALLOWED. You can smell cigarettes a mile off so the staff could go and see whos smoking and ask them to leave which is what they do anyway if someone lights up. My point in the begining was that despite the rules on smoking us vapers get tarred with the same brush as cigarette smokers, which most vapers where ourselves at one time smokers. yet we still get penalised for making a healthier choice .in truth everything is so misleading and not an across the board policy either its banned full stop or its allowed full stop. I feel its wrong for some places to ban vaping and some to allow it. it sends mixed messages with no evidence of vaping being a danger to everyone to back up why vaping shouldn't be alllowed i think its pointless to ban it anywhere.

Although I agree with some points you make we must remember that smoking was once deemed as a way to relieve stress and relax it took many years till people realised how bad it was for us and that's how many non-vapers see vaping
