E-cigs now cause 'popcorn lung'

Diacytel was never PROVEN to be the cause of popcorn lung, it is found in MUCH higher levels in cigarettes than vapour, and not ONE smoker has ever had popcorn lung.

That is enough for me.

They just assumed it was the diacytel, closed the case and that was it. Plus it only affected several individuals breathing in solid matter-it could of been anything in the mix, or even the very dust itself.

Here is a video that made me feel a lot safer. But I agree it should be announced if it is present in flavourings or not.

Seriously-it may or may not be good for you, but would take so long to take effect unless you plan on living to 400 or more that you are safe.

Popcorn lung? Well, that's at least a step-up from raisin (smoker's) lungs - and it's a fact that EVERYBODY on this planet hates raisins with a passion (Yes, EVERYBODY! Whoever likes raisins can't possibly be human because raisins are not just creepy, they are horrifyingly disgusting wee things!)

Nah, cut the crap. The popcorn lung comes up every year. Nothing new. Still, no new results, only assumptions. Also, when they did the research they said they tested 50-ish liquids out of THOUSANDS available and about 30 of them contained "raised" amounts of diacetyl. Which in total turned out to still be less per 30ml than in one single fag. So not even 0.1% of the available liquids at the time this research was done contained concerning amounts (well, it shouldn't concern anybody anyway) so I can tell you that this "statistic" lacks any kind of so-called "statistical significance" (I've been trained on that shit years ago. Mathematical-technical assistant n shit)

Imagine dripping a bit of vinegar into a glass of water and then going crazy over the fact that the water now contains vinegar and might taste a bit funky. That's basically the same hype.

So, where's my vanilla custard? Or should I go straight to Toffee Popcorn? I mean... Popcorn lung n all, hey!

Edit: By the way, do you know what they say about statistics? "Never trust any statistics that you didn't fake yourself." Yes, they do. Because when it comes to statistics, no matter what it is about, in 90% of the cases it's only cherry picking to make it look in favour of what you are intending to sell. Set it up the right way and any statistic WILL turn out to "prove" your point.
