Vaping now for 3 weeks and using Hangsen liquid. Went to a e-cig shop yesterday and was told by the vendor that I may aswell smoke real cigs than use Hangsen due to the ingredients they use. Can someone enlighten me on this. Very confused !!

Hangsen have been turning out juice since 2005 (tho Hangsen was not founded tilll 2009) if it was going to kill someone or do damage I'm sure that it would of been discovered by now. I think there is a misconception that because it's produced in the far east that it is going to contain something nasty. but if you think about it logicically those in there far east are so under pressure to get things right from such an early age that in my opinion they wont be sticking there neck on the line by adding something stupid and are probably cleaner and safer than some of the home made mixes in the UK.
a local shop to me stopped selling Hangsan because people where shying away from it he said his customers felt more comfortable buying a product that you ingest that was made in the UK. personally I don't I don't like the Hangsan stuff.
So in Summary the vendor is talking plop they either don't know what there talking about and jumping one the hearsay bandwagon or there using some cheeky underhand selling tactics to get you to buy there juice but its up to you to decide on that one.

I would assume that the e-cig shop in question was selling a different brand of liquid.
As far as i'm aware there's nothing wrong with Hangsen, been vaping it meself since I started 4 months ago.

Agree with all the above. Hangsen are one of the most respected "off the shelf" juice makers in the world and have very high qc standards. They have recently opened up a factory in Europe too. They are members here too so check out their sub forum and if you have any questions about their products then ask away. For a huge company they are very friendly and approachable and should be able to put your mine at rest about their standards. It seems to be a growing trend amongst some businesses to smear products and other vaping shops which is, in my opinion, a very low practice and not the way any good business should run-they should focus on promoting their own shop and wares, not spreading lies and rumours about their competitors!

in instances like this I would support a name and shame :P all though, we really shouldnt. Vendors that do that to other vendors PISS ME OFF.

There is more than enough in this industry to go around and to win customers by slamming another brand sold by other vendors is DISGUSTING.

I would be more than happy to discuss which vendor this is in private as I have heard of it happening to Safercigs who sells Hangsen, which is a tried and much used brand, in fact probably one of the most popular.
